P2 (U20): Create a plan for a cross media advertising campaign in response to a client brief

Purpose: The purpose of this video is to both entertain and to interest viewers into buying our product advertised (Berry Blitz). The priority of the video is to sell the product, but we are aiming to make the product advert as entertaining as possible while also aiming to fit the criteria and client brief given. The target audience for our product is teens round the age of 13 and upwards to adults in their early to mid 30s. So, when designing and creating our product and advertisement for the product we will keep in mind the target audience an aim to make sure that the advertisement will appeal and interest the target audience.

Forms: The three forms of advertisement will be an audio visual, a billboard and a magazine advertisement. Our team want to ensure that our advertisements are eye-catching, bold and approachable all whilst catering to both the primary and secondary target audience. When advertising our product, we will keep in mind our target audience age and how to appeal to them, so for our product we will use a mix of traditional advertising and social media.

Content: As a large part of our target audience is young and spends a lot of time on social media, we decided to make a feature on our product interactive on social media to appeal to those who spend a lot of time on social media. The feature will Interactive filter to share online when you scan a QR code located on the drink can. This would also be our unique selling point as not many other competitor companies have this feature; this could make our brand stand out from the others.

Company name and Logo:
Our company has come together to think of a memorable and approachable name and logo that will be remembered by our customers. After blue-sky thinking and conversations, we believe ‘Innovation Advertising Company’ is the way forward. Our innovative company and personnel are one main factor as to why we chose this as our company name. To innovate and develop the ways of advertisement is what our company strives to do, our approach to new ideas and the chance to evolve is what we believe to make up the company and our successes.
