Alongside representing actors and musicians, talent agents and their agencies can also represent athletes, artists and writers. The duties of a talent agent are mainly negotiation and communication based.
Behaviours: Talent agents tend to be natural leaders with an enterprising characteristic trait, a commitment to relationship building, a problem-solving attitude, and always willing to listen and learn.
